How much does it cost to rewire a house per square foot?
We don’t quote a flat per-square-foot rate for house rewiring. Pricing is confirmed after an in-home inspection and depends on scope. Older Tacoma homes with knob-and-tube, damaged wiring, or panel upgrades typically cost more. Costs also vary with circuit count, access, and add-ons like surge protection or smoke detectors. You’ll get upfront pricing before work starts. Financing options are available. Our workmanship includes a 5-year warranty, with up to 10 years on select materials.
